Following the walkthrough, you’ll receive a Personalized Action Plan—a clear, prioritized set of recommendations tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and needs. This includes immediate safety upgrades, practical modifications, and thoughtful long-term strategies to ensure your home continues to support you in the years ahead. We use Physical Therapy knowledge, Universal Design and Aging in Place concepts to create your Personalized Action Plan.

I return to your home to review any changes made, provide feedback on implementation, and address new or evolving needs. This visit helps ensure your plan is working for you—and keeps things on track as life shifts.
